The ring is on her finger, so now it’s your time to shine! As a bridesmaid, you’re tasked with planning the most epic, out of this world bachelorette party for the bride, and there’s no place like Nashville to wow her with the best weekend with her favorite people. This Nashville bachelorette party itinerary and guide is your one stop shop to plan the ultimate getaway!
I’ve included every single detail you need to know to host the most incredible bachelorette party in Music City. This guide is for Maid of Honors and bridesmaids who are in charge of planning the perfect weekend! It includes a detailed weekend itinerary, including the best things to do, places to eat, where to stay, when to visit, what to wear, and so much more! I’ve made it so much easier for you to get everything you need done between now and the big weekend!

Why Trust Me to Plan a Nashville Bachelorette Party?
I am not only a Nashville local, (I’ve lived here for four years now!) but I also just threw my sister a Nashville Bachelorette Party and it was SO much fun! Over the years, I have learned all of the best things to do in Nashville for a Bachelorette party from first hand experience. I have done these activities, eaten at these restaurants and learned all of the most important travel tips for visiting this city.

Why Nashville Is the #1 Bachelorette Party Destination
Picking Nashville as your bachelorette party destination is a no-brainer. It is the unofficial bachelorette party destination of the US, and it’s obvious to see why. The city is packed with crazy-fun bars, live music at every turn, so many unique things to do and one of the best food scenes in the south.
No matter what kind of things the bride likes to do, Nashville has it. If she wants to party all weekend, great, you’re in the right place. Maybe she prefers enjoying the outdoors, then you can explore the incredible hiking trails in Nashville then grab a local beer at a brewery. Or possibly she is more into live events and festivals, then Nashville couldn’t be better!
My girls weekend in Nashville guide is full of great info too, but this Bachelorette guide has super specific info for planning a party for the bride!
Looking into a travel credit card? I swear by the Southwest Credit Card for earning free flights around the US and the ability to earn the companion pass where you can take anyone on a flight with you for FREE!

Things to Know Before Planning a Nashville Bachelorette Party
Best group size
Nashville can really accommodate any group well, you just might want to adapt your plans accordingly. A smaller group will probably be able to fit more into their itinerary, while larger groups will probably spend more time corralling everyone each day. However the larger groups will definitely be more able to rent a party bus for even more fun!
Budget expectations
Nashville is a large city, so prices might be slightly higher than you are used to, but it is located in the south, so the prices are much cheaper than other large cities like NYC or LA. Be sure to chat with the other bridesmaids about how much everyone is comfortable spending. This Nashville itinerary can easily be adjusted to fit every budget!
Booking in Advance
When planning your Nashville Bachelorette party itinerary, be sure to book everything well in advance, especially if you will be here during the spring or summer. Things book up super quickly including hotels and vacation rentals, party buses, and dinner reservations. There will definitely still be some things available last minute, but you won’t have your first choice available if you wait too long.

Best Time of Year for a Nashville Bachelorette Party
A lot of times bachelorette parties are planned around when the wedding is, but if you have some flexibility for when to throw a Nashville Bachelorette party, then you’ll want to take some of these things into consideration. I personally love Nashville in the summer but there are some good reasons to consider other seasons as well.
Spring
Spring in Nashville brings some of the absolute best weather possible, especially late spring. During the season you’ll also experience less crowds on Broadway and more availability for hotels, vacation rentals and dining reservations. There are also some fun events this time of year including spring themed pop-up bars (like the amazing one at the Conrad hotel), the Tennessee Tulip Festival at Lucky Ladd Farms, and watching a Nashville Sounds baseball game!
Summer
I love summer in Nashville. Sure, it can get hot, but there’s so much going on in the city to enjoy. Concerts are constant at Nissan Stadium and Ascend Amphitheater (two of the best live music venues in Nashville) and you could even time the trip to be here during CMA Fest for a weekend PACKED with live music! It’s a great time of year to visit the local vineyard, go on a boat ride on the river, or nearby lake, and explore some of Nashville’s best hiking trails. But keep in mind, summer in Nashville means a lot more crowds, higher prices, and much more competition for hotels and restaurant reservations. This itinerary will be geared towards summer weather. Adjust the activities as needed for different seasons.
Fall
Fall in Nashville means gorgeous weather and some pretty fall foliage! It starts to quiet down in Nashville during the fall (which means the bars in Nashville are not insanely packed!), but still gets busy during big concerts and Titans football games. I enjoy hiking and sightseeing this time of year and taking day trips to nearby waterfalls.
Winter
Winter is definitely my least favorite time in Nashville because it can get pretty cold. But, this time of year brings so many festive things to do for Christmas in Nashville that help make the weather a little more bearable. You can also enjoy Titans football or Predators hockey games this time of year!

Where to Stay for a Nashville Bachelorette Party
I’m all about picking a spot that makes your trip easier and way more fun. For most girls’ trips, I love staying somewhere walkable, especially near downtown or The Gulch. You’ll have quick access to restaurants, rooftops, and all the Broadway excitement without needing to Uber every five minutes. Plus, the hotels in these neighborhoods always feel super trendy and fun, which just sets the tone for the whole weekend!
Or if your bride prefers something more relaxed, and much more fancy, head to 12 South, where you can roll out of bed and walk a few blocks to some of the best brunch spots in town, followed by the best shopping in town!

Nashville Bachelorette Party Itinerary Map

The Perfect Nashville Bachelorette Party Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival, Drinks & Broadway Bar Hopping
As the girls all arrive, be ready to wow them! Get to the vacation rental (or hotel) and set up all of the decorations in advance. Make sure you go over the top with decor, this is the bride’s only bachelorette party, so do it right to make her feel extra special! It’s best to pick a theme and run with it, and Nashville absolutely can be the theme! More ideas in the section below.
Once everyone has arrived and is ready to party, head to Broadway to experience quintessential Nashville. Walk up and down the main strip, pop into any of the Honkey Tonks that are calling your name, grab some drinks and enjoy the live music.
Make Category 10 your #1 priority for the night. Here they have line dancing lessons and a huge dance floor. It’s the ultimate way to kick off a weekend in Nashville! So be sure to wear your cowgirl boots and get ready for a good time laughing the night away with the girls.
As for dinner, I recommend Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa or Blanco Cocina + Cantina. Both offer Mexican cuisine right on Broadway. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is always fun!

Day 2 – Boat Day & Wine Tasting
Have a quick breakfast at the house this morning so you have plenty of time to enjoy activities! Some of my favorite meals to make a group are sheet pan breakfast sandwiches, Breakfast tacos and french toast!
Then head to Percy Priest Lake and rent a boat to enjoy for the day! Depending on the day of the week the prices will vary, but they range from about $500 to $1,000 for a half day or full day rental. I highly recommend the double decker boat with slides off the back. The slides were 100% the best part of our boat day for my sister’s bachelorette party. We all had WAY too much fun out on the water celebrating the bride, drinking, listening to music and sliding into the water!
Getting there is easy if you have a car, otherwise plan to book Ubers in advance to ensure you have a return ride available. Alternatively you could book a private driver! This is a great option for a large group, and guarantees timely pickups!
If boats aren’t your thing, pick a different Nashville day trip to enjoy today. There are tons of fun options!
Once you’ve made it back to your accommodations and freshened up, head out for some wine tastings! You have two great options here. Either make the trek to Arrington Vineyards, a gorgeous vineyard 20 minutes south of Nashville with delicious wine, live music (on most weekends) and beautiful views. I love spending summer evenings here, and it is so much fun to go for a bachelorette party!
Option 2 is Sixty Vines, a wine bar located in the heart of the city in the 5th and Broad building on Broadway. They have 60 different wines on tap to choose from along with a mouth watering American-Italian menu to enjoy for dinner. We have been a few times, most recently for my birthday dinner, and there are always bachelorette groups there enjoying a meal!
Tonight is the night to go wild since you’ll be leaving tomorrow. Book a party bus or pedal tavern to ride around the city while having a great time with the girls!

Day 3 – Recovery Brunch & Heading Home
Make reservations for brunch this morning at one of the best brunch spots in Nashville! There are tons of awesome options but my favorites include:
Cafe Intermezzo – Super cute, French style dining with a mouthwatering case full of treats. The food here is so yummy, and the coffee is exceptional. I loved the french toast, and my husband enjoyed his eggs benedict. But the best part was the Intermezzo Cappuccino. It’s a must when dining here!
The Hampton Social – An incredibly popular and “insta-worthy” spot for brunch in Nashville is the Hampton Social. Come here for the vibes, but stay for the yummy food and pretty drinks. But be warned, a reservation here is an absolute MUST.
Liberty Common – When my best friend visited for a weekend in Nashville, we went to Liberty common and loved our brunch here! The restaurant is also beautiful, the food was delicious, and again they offered some great gourmet coffee and fancy breakfast cocktails.
Milk & Honey – If you’re looking for a spot in the Gulch, you’ll want to have brunch at Milk & Honey. You’ll know you’re there when you see the crowds, this place is popular because it is so so good! I like how the menu is pretty unique, not the standard brunch items you might be used to, but it’s all super delicious.
The Buttermilk Ranch – Another beautiful and fun area of town is 12 South, and the best spot for brunch is The Buttermilk Ranch. It’s super trendy and popular and always has a super long wait, especially on the weekends. So be sure to have a reservation here too!
Spend some time in the other areas of Nashville today! Visit all of the famous murals around town. Start in the Gulch at the WhatLiftsYou Wings mural. Then head to 12 South and see the I Believe in Nashville mural. While you’re there, spend some time shopping. Reese Witherspoon’s store, Draper James, is right there along with some other great boutiques.
Lunch in 12 South is a great idea as well since there are a plethora of delicious spots to dine. We love Bartaco, Edley’s Bar-B-Que, and Frothy Monkey. And a trip to 12 South is never complete without ice cream from Jeni’s. If you’ve never been, this is an absolute must, they are our favorite ice cream shop in the city. It’s the perfect way to end a Nashville Bachelorette Party itinerary.

Nashville Bachelorette Party Tips (From Someone Who’s Done It!)
- Make sure you have reservations made in advance for every restaurant. Brunch can get crazy in Nashville, and you definitely don’t want to end up at the Pancake Pantry because of it!
- Plan your itinerary based on location. Try to do things close to each other on the same day to cut down on Uber costs. Get a vacation rental within walking distance of activities to save money.
- Nashville is a generally safe city, but bad things can happen anywhere. Always travel in groups and stay in safe/populated areas. Wear a pick-pocket proof bag to avoid losing valuables! And never sit your drink down at a bar.
- To beat the crowds, get out early for everything. And honestly, some of the best spots are the less touristy places, so don’t be afraid to go where the locals go to avoid some long lines!
- Mix busy nights (downtown, rooftops, nightlife) with mellow days (hiking, brunch, local exploring). This way you don’t get completely worn out during your time in Nashville.
- Don’t try to cram everything in. There is so much to do in Nashville that it’s impossible to fit everything in with just one weekend in Nashville. Pick the things that are most important to you and the girls and plan on coming back soon!
- Treat yourselves: rooftop drinks, live music tickets, even a boat ride. This is not something you get to do every single weekend so enjoy it!
- Nashville’s best when you visit local spots. Try small boutiques or markets, support local businesses, and discover those little gems you wouldn’t find otherwise.
